Registration Fees
RPOA Corporate Member Registration: $750 for first six registrants, then $900 for all additional registrations. Gold Members receive two complimentary passes for the full conference. Learn about gold membership.
Non-Members: $950 for first six registrants, then $1200 for all additional registrations
All prices are in USD.
*Technology and other vendors that work with RPOs need to sponsor the event to attend.
REGISTRATION CLOSES SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2024.
Accommodations
The RPOA has secured a special rate of $309 per night for a limited number of guest rooms on Sunday, Oct 6 and Monday, Oct 7 at the Renaissance Hotel in Downtown Chicago. Reservations must be made before 5:00 P.M. CST, Friday, September 9th, 2024. Rate includes basic guest room Wi-Fi. Hotel reservation link will be emailed upon registration.
Cancellation Policy
Registration for RPOA Annual Conference is only confirmed when registration fees are paid in full online with a credit card payment. Once registration is confirmed, the following cancellation policy applies.
Registration transfer will be accepted with no fee until 7 days before the event.
All cancellations will be subject to a 25 percent processing fee up to 30 days before the event.
No refund will be given for cancellations after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time 30 days prior to the start of the event.
