What is iCoCo?
As artificial intelligence continues to reshape the recruitment process outsourcing industry, the RPOA launched the Innovative Community Connections initiative (iCoCo) in 2021 to ensure that RPO organizations are equipped to navigate and lead through that change. iCoCo is RPOA's flagship community initiative, bringing together RPO members and technology partners through a growing portfolio of programs designed to foster collaboration, accelerate AI literacy, and strengthen the relationships that drive innovation across the RPO ecosystem.
Through iCoCo, members gain access to a curated marketplace of vetted technology and business partners, a monthly Technology and Innovation Forum featuring expert-led discussions, partner educational content, and a growing library of masterclasses available through the RPOA Technology and Innovation Academy. Together, these programs help RPO leaders stay ahead of the technology trends shaping the future of recruitment -- and connect with the peers and partners who are shaping it alongside them.

What does iCoCo mean?
iCoCo is an acronym for "innovative community connections." The RPOA applied the Blue Skies approach to deciding on a name for the initiative. Our criteria for the name was to be playful, memorable, and powerful. |
