Drawing from her global leadership experience and expertise in change management and positive psychology, Beth will explore how organizations can balance automation with empathy and transparency to create sustainable, people-centered transformation.

    • Proven ways to strengthen communication, trust, and psychological safety during tech adoption

    • Real examples of organizations that mishandled the human side of AI—and how they corrected course
